The artstyle and animation is nice.
Considering the level of your skill it's weird that buildings are drawn poorly or without understanding of basic perspective. If later is the case I'd really recommend learning it. I feel it might be quite easy to learn and effects would show up soon.

Yeah, it's not really an animation... yet. The artstyle seems alright so it would be nice to see more of you as you're going to get better and better at it on your journey with animation.

I'm confused... Why is she expecting that there's a ghost? Is it because something answered her? If so... why the zoom in on the "I'll come later" text from mom?

Because Mom comes home at the beginning of the video and says " I'm home , Sussy ". But mom isnt in home, and she type her that will come back too late, so that voice wasnt her mother... xD

[Practice Ball with animated effect]

I'm not sure if you've added too many different frames or that you hold the same frame for too long.
I'm guessing you wanted this to be as good as possible- if so it's admirable but sometimes less is more.
What's happening when the ball reaches the highest point? It looks more like it bounces off of something rather than starting to fall.
Also, because this animation starts right before the ball hits the ground it looks weird. I'm guessing it supposed to look like it bounces off of it.

You don't use real voice acting and it's hard to understand half of the things that they're saying but you know what- this actually kind of fits.
It's hard to judge if it's good or bad- it's just bizarre.
I can't help but think what you- the creator, are going to think about it like 5 years from now when you look back at it.

This made me feel uncomfortable... maybe because the song is so unfitting to what's going on... Spend a bit more time to find the one that fits next time.

You overused the scene with fire and screams. Audio is too loud and your "scare" is just being even louder... It could use some real voice acting. It feels like you've made it bad on purpose because the visuals aren't terrible. It could've been made better.
